John is an ex-NFL player for the Buffalo Bills and trained with a Vietnamese Grand Master in the early 2000's. He has since been training others to become stronger, including using unique and powerful tactics he learned training with Grand Master.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    + Are the classes live?

    Yes, the classes will be live. The recordings will be available until the next training so you will ideally want to attend live or watch the recordings shortly afterwards.

    + What is the difference between General Admission and VIP?

    General admission gets access to 5 days of live training, whereas VIP also gets 30 minutes of exclusive VIP Q&A before each training where you can ask John any questions that you have each day. 

    + How does the challenge work?

    Each day you will get 1 hour of training, with an extra hour of Q&A before the training if you are VIP, plus you will be given tasks that you are encouraged to complete each day before the next training.

    + Am I too old/young for this?

    This training is possible for people of all age groups. Students in their early 20's have trained with John, as well as people in their 50's and 60's. Both young adults, parents, and potentially even grandparents are a great fit for this challenge.
